For those who prefer a holiday in total freedom, just 300 metres from the Imperial Hotel in Riccione is located the Residence WeLLove, which is managed and supervised directly by us, the Ferri family - Aureli, hoteliers since three generations.

Positioned at the beginning of Viale Dante, the long shopping avenue that will take you in the heart of the renowned Viale Ceccarini and near the Viale Tasso, characteristic for the famous market, on Tuesday evening, the Residence WeLLove is the ideal solution both for families that like to spend a holiday without the constraints of time, both for young couples who like to sleep a little longer after spending the evening in the coolest clubs of the city.

The Residence offers all the comfort

The Residence WeLLove is spread over three upper floors (first, second, and third floor) on which are distributed the nine apartments. Completely renovated in 2019, he finishes with materials strong and elegant, soundproof walls, masonry, and soundproof windows with electric shutters.

The property is equipped with all the comforts to guarantee you a holiday of wellness and relaxation:

• modern elevator
• system of automated access working only with pass configured at check-in
• the common area on the ground floor with the dining area
• photovoltaic panels and solar thermal, which produce energy in the total respect of the environment.

Apartments are modern and rich in services

All apartments are equipped with all main facilities: balcony, led tv in the living room and in bedroom, climate control (air conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower and shower, hair dryer and toiletries, living room with kitchenette with induction hobs, fridge, microwave, washing machine, safe deposit box, living room with sofa bed and wi-fi with fiber optics.

On request for families with small children, we add cribs or cots for beds.

The residence is divided into two types of apartments:

• type 1: six apartments (40 sqm approx) in the living room there is a sofa bed or bunk;
• type 2: three apartments (45 sqm) in the living room there is a sofa bed, and the bedroom and living room are separate from the bathroom
